 Transporter opportunities will be quoted first come first serve based on time stamps on the request forms and booked based on deposits received.

*We also have a few new guidelines to help keep transporters smooth. Due to some riders stretching the limitations of the transporter program, we are going to implement a fair mileage restriction. This restriction is going to be put in place only to ensure the motorcycles are prepped for the duration of your ride. When riders exceed what we would consider ‘normal daily mileages’ it can lead to a frustrating or even dangerous situation where wear and tear parts will not last the full duration of your ride. If you plan to do excessive mileage over the mileage limitation, start a dialogue with us so we can make sure the motorcycle is prepped accordingly, we will work with you on it! If you exceed the mileage limitation without making an alternate plan with us before departing and have a mechanical issue you will be responsible to correct the issue and return the motorcycle on your own.

Once submitted, your online rental request will serve as your official time stamp. We’ll call and process each rental in order of requests received. If you have general questions but are fairly certain you want to do the ride we recommend submitting the online request first and we can discuss questions when we call you to confirm your transporter. Secure your spot in line first. Please be aware there’s no obligation in filling out an online request and this should be your first step.

We have more people submitting requests than ever and will be going through the list of requests thoroughly and meticulously. Don’t call us, we’ll call you. We appreciate your patience as we sort through the list of rental requests. 

Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm availability and then send you an exact quote accordingly. We require that online request as well as the full payment to lock you down on our schedule. We cannot hold units for any amount of time without the payment. Couple of things to make note of:

1. We do not have any other units available for transport that are not on this list.
2. If you are trying to coordinate a group, each rider must fill out a rental request and the rental must fit within the window of time allotted on the transporter list.
3. We work on a first come, first serve basis.
4. Upon bike pick up, each rider must provide a credit card for the damage security deposit, NO Debit. 
5. All payments are non-refundable.
